Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with networking like normal. Once you spoke to enough people, you applied through your school's system to get to first round interviews. After first round interviews, the company sends you a modeling test to complete, which you then discuss with a director or associate on the phone. Then they send you a superday invite at the office that you applied to. The superday consisted of 3-4 interviews with Senior Associates through Managing Directors
