Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was very smooth and allowed employees to gain access to ask in depth questions about the firm. It started with a quick phone screening from HR. We talked a little bit about my background and then they told me about A&M, the role and potentially what they were looking for in a candidate. After a few more questions, we set up a time for a "super day". The super day consisted of three 1 on 1 interviews. Most of the questions were about prior experience and whether or not the candidate was a fit for the firm. There were very few technical questions.
