Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and received an email the next day requesting a phone interview. I applied Monday and received the email Tuesday. We set up an phone interview with the NY office for the Thursday. A couple of hours after the phone interview, they request for me to come on Monday for an in-person interview. They offered me the position by Thursday.
