Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruited by third party recruiter. ARA is very keen on looking for sharp people with the right fit and skill set. Initially screened by recruiter then one week later got called by direct supervisor for the position. Got invited for an in-person interview with direct supervisor, then the team the position will be working with. Last and final super day interview rounds with MDs, EVPs, Associates, and HR. Even though it was a rigorous and thorough process that took over a month, all the interactions with executives and team members were pleasant and easy-going. The interview did get technical and challenging at times testing your financial/investment/economic knowledge.
