Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very nice fit interview. Even offered to pay for my travels. One phone interview and then personal interviews with 4 people. I felt I impressed almost everyone of them (one guy even welcomed me aboard in an email) and of course the head guy offered travel expenses. However I think one guy didn't like that I didn't commit to having my entire career be in trading. He's an idiot and I'm glad that guy's not my boss, frankly. Everyone else seems great.
