Be sure to know about the corporate finance and bit-tech industry. Also know well about yourself. There are several accounting and finance questions, so be sure to review them.
The interviewers are nice, but be sure to LinkedIn them to know more about their background, so that you have common topics to talk about.

After submitting resume on campus, was contacted for an oncampus interview. Two interviews back to back, mixture of behavioral and technical questions.
Then invited for on-site interview, lasted from 930-230, including campus tour, company presentation, and 4 30 minute interviews with senior management. Very similar to interviews conducted on campus before.

Initial behavioral interview at MLT breakfast at the National Black Conference. Passed the first round and got invited to final rounds at headquarters. The final round consisted of four 1 on 1 interviews from various Amgen employees. Each interview focused on a difference Amgen Value.
