Interview
I applied online via Handshake and received an email saying I got a 1st round interview about a month after. The 1st interview was entirely behavioral and was held on MS Teams. It took a while to hear back about the superday but about 3 weeks after the 1st round I was invited to the superday. The final round consisted of 3 interviews, 2 behavioral and 1 technical. The technical interview was mostly based on RX but it helped to study banking accounting/valuation questions. The decision-making process did not seem transparent at all. My guess is the interviewers make notes and the HR team actually makes the decisions. About 3 weeks after the superday I got a call saying I got the offer.

Interview
It was an easy, typical walk-through your resume interview. The interviewer also asked questions about office preferences, etc. but no technicals.
Interview Questions
The interviewer did not really ask me any specific/technical questions. She looked at my resume and asked me to make a brief self-introduction of my background and work experience first. And then she tailored her questions specifically to what I mentioned earlier about my work experience, those that she found interesting. Non of the answers were really personal or aggressive. More of a present yourself and your experience to me kind of thing. Had a bit of questions about my preferences and interests in working for the firm at last.
