Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first step was a 20 minute intro meeting. In this interview, I met with the principal of the firm. We discussed my experience in college, past internships I had, and the businesses I started. He asked me why I was interested in VC and what I knew about VC. He then told me a little about the role and that the next step would be writing a one page investment memo for a startup of my choice. He did not ask me any difficult questions about investing. It really was just an introduction.
