What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process consists of 3 rounds. 1st round being an on campus interview with a recruiter. 2nd round being an interview with someone already in the program. 3rd round is a case study at their HQ in Dallas. This is for a 2.5 year rotational program withing different business groups in AT&T. Base salary is around 90k per the interviewer.
I only experienced the 1st round, which consisted of nothing but behavioral questions in a supervisor setting. Lots of questions regarding how you lead teams through projects, how you have overcame issues between team members, and just what you generally know about AT&T.
