Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- Started off with a screening call with the CF manager.
- Then I had a half day that consisted of a modelling test and a presentation on a previous LBO. Followed by meeting the deal teams principals
- Followed by 1-to-1 meeting with the CFO and Managing Partner of the London office.
- Overall met 7 people across the team before they made a decision. I felt this was atypical because I did not have the 'traditional background' i.e. Big 4 accounting/IB background
