The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Short time period, quick 30 minute interview. No challenging questions, all behavioral. Everyone who I talked to was very friendly.
Interview Questions
Many of the questions were very similar- time you worked in a team, time something went wrong in a team environment, why you can work well in a team. Had the answer to the questions but answered them in a very similar fashion. Definitely all behaviorals, so no need to prepare for any type of technical question. Honestly if you can answer a question about a team you are good to go. Difficult to remember the rest of the questions as the interview was around 6 months ago. Also, I was asked if I have had any roles in a customer service job, which I have not.

Interview
The hiring process was fairly quick as the company was late into the recruiting cycle for summer associates. Specially, they were looking for 2018 Summer Associates but didn't get to recruiting until mid-April where they wrapped up in late-April.

Overall though, it was an easy process as the individuals I spoke to were extremely easygoing. There is a heavier emphasis on behavioral questions as the company is highly focused on culture and values so expect a conversational interview as well.
