Investment Banking Analysr

I went through their intial campus recruitment process. I had a first round interview with a VP and spoke with analysts over the phone to learn more about the firm. I received a 2nd round (final round) in their headquarters in Nashville which consisted of 8 30minute interviews. I interviewed with everyone in the IB group from analysts to MDs to the head of investment banking at Avondale. The night before the superday, there was a dinner and drinking event that helped candidates learn more about the firm and its culture. After superday, I received a verbal rejection from the VP. Overall, my experience was good with them.
