Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview started with the hiring manager calling me and asking about my interest and experiences (specifically those on my resume), honestly this call was to just weed out the serious candidates from the unserious ones. After that I received a round two interview which was an hour long zoom conference with the hiring team where I had a more in-depth convo of my abilities and what I can offer the firm. That was all just two rounds.
