The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
It was quick and relatively painless. It was for an entry level job so the questions were basic. The interviewer was one of the audit partners of the firm. He did not ask any technical question. He called me within the same day with an offer, which I accepted.
Interview Questions
All the questions were easy. But for the sake of this question, the hardest one was why I chose the company and the profession. I think you had to let the company know that you were committed to the role and the company, as the mid tier audit firms were regularly poached by the larger big 4 firms. You also had to know what were the benefits of joining a mid tier company as opposed to the big 4. It would be beneficial for you to know why as well, so that you may be the best professional you can be.

Phone Interview
Interview
I received a phone interview. The recruiter was pretty nice and told me that he was just going to ask a few behavioral questions. The questions were not tricky and were usually your typical behavioral questions. However, he did ask a few weird questions that did not seem from the typical behavior questions. He asked a lot about my resume and the type of activities I did. He seemed pretty nice overall, but they seem to look for people that are more involved in higher level accounting courses.

Interview
Applied Online, got invited to pre-night. Pre-night was just a networking event with food. They brought most of the interviewers there. Met my interviewer there. The next day I had my interview which consisted of pretty much just detailed walk me through your resume type questions, not even the behavioral "give me the time you were a leader or had a dysfunctional group". Then a "Why XX particular field of consulting?" which seemed to be directed specifically towards me as I had a banking type resume. Ended in a long Q&A session. Negative experience because I never heard back from them, no rejection or anything. I thought they could at least auto send me a rejection email, but no.
Interview Questions
There honestly weren't any tough questions. "Why this type of consulting?" (BT does mainly 2 types of consulting, gov contracts and non-profit, of which most of the non-profit is higher education).
Give me some examples of times at your job where you used analytic skills.

I just pointed at some skills I used at a couple internships I had involving excel and research.
