I received a phone interview. The recruiter was pretty nice and told me that he was just going to ask a few behavioral questions. The questions were not tricky and were usually your typical behavioral questions. However, he did ask a few weird questions that did not seem from the typical behavior questions. He asked a lot about my resume and the type of activities I did. He seemed pretty nice overall, but they seem to look for people that are more involved in higher level accounting courses.
