Research Intern

I got in BBVA via an employee referral. It was an uncommon process since I only went through an interview for background check, they liked me and told me I had got the internship. Then, I took a test from human resources -numerical and verbal skills-, but it seemed more like a formality, though I'm pretty sure that's not the way the admission process usually is.
BBVA is great. Big presence in Europe and Latin America and very focused on Latin American Markets. A lot of professionalism. The corporate culture is always heading towards making everything lean and simple. The Research department is very cool, you get to interact with BBVA board members and with corporate clients in order to offer your insights about economic and financial analisys.
