The Assessment Center took place in London and was divided in 3 parts:

- Numerical test :

20 minutes with 40 questions/problems to solve (it's very long to make it in 20min, the HR tells me that actually the scores goes from 3/40 to 26/40)

Questions are about Mathematical problems (Geometry, Mental Calculations, GMAT questions) and Financial Questions (Greeks Questions, Bond calculations, interest rates, ...).

- Group Exercise :

We were 3 candidates at my AC and it was a business case. We were young analysts, arriving at 6.45AM at the office and having 10 min to prioritise our tasks until 7.45AM. There was a List of 10 Tasks to possibly take into consideration and we had to select 5 of them and rank each in a priority order.

1st part : we have to take 10min each of individual thinking.
2nd : we have to discuss together during 15min to brainstorm and expose our opinion. Then we agreed on the 5 tasks and rank them.
3rd : we have to make a small presentation of 5 to 10 min to expose our findings and explain why we didn't choose the 5 others.
- 3 Interviews (2 directors and 1 VP) :

This was Telepresence interviews with Singapore, all the 3 interviewers ask basics Fit Questions. Most of the questions concerned my background and by explaining the different choices I did as internships and academic school and courses.
