Interview
Initial ~7 question hirevue consisting of typical behavioral questions followed by a 1 hour virtual superday 2-3 weeks later. Superday was 30 min behavioral (what do bankers actually do, why bofa, name a recent IB transaction, what drives you to succeed) and 30 min technical (walk me through DCF, 3 statements, strong LBO candidate, 10 dollars of depreciation, paper LBO). Had interview towards end of week and heard back the following Monday.

Great people - seem to value culture fit and networking a lot. Formal process with a selective hirevue (~400 people), followed by a superday. SPD is virtual, 3 seniors, markets and behavioral focused. SPD is also group specific, so I’d recommend catering your markets answers and your personal story accordingly.

Interview
I first applied for a networking program in NYC, by filling out application online. Then I got a Hirevue for the program. Then I got notified that I was selected to attend the program. Then after the program I got the superday which was guaranteed from my attendance in NYC. Everyone who I met at the event also got an offer, so it was probably almost guaranteed.
