Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got the interview through a lot of networking and got a referral. Before the interview I visited the floor and met with some people to get a feel for the workplace. I then had a phone interview followed by a superday. The phone interview was just behaviorals, while the superday was split between behaviorals and technicals. I suggest keeping up with the markets and current news, and focus on connecting with the interviewer over showing off knowledge.
