Analyst- Leveraged Finance Group

On our campus job resource I submitted a resume to BAML and was contacted within a few days to set up a phone interview. I did a 30-minute phone interview with an alum from my school and after a few (5?) days I was invited to Charlotte for a super day. The company provided flights and a stay in a hotel downtown and the interviews started at 8:00 am the following day. The company interviewed 15 people and I believe hired two of those 15. During the super day we travelled around the office, doing eight one-on-one or one-on-two interviews, with everyone from analysts to MDs, then were taken on a tour of the trading floor and taken out to lunch to network with some of the employees. I received the offer three days after the interview.
