General Interview Information
Interview Details
They started by asking about my background and some projects I’ve worked on, especially those involving data analysis and problem-solving. Then we shifted into a short case-style discussion about how I would approach analyzing a client’s financial needs and structuring a solution. It wasn’t overly intense — more about understanding how I think.
What I really appreciated was how much they emphasized collaboration and long-term development. They talked a lot about how interns are encouraged to take ownership of their work and get exposure to multiple teams. I got the sense that Bank of America really wants interns to grow, not just check boxes.
