Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was an accelerated recruiting interview for IBD. 1st round phone interview. I was sent an email to set up the phone interview by a recruiter and was then given a calendar invite. I scheduled a time and was called on that day for my phone interview. To be honest, he was very aggressive and unwelcoming; I didn't want to work at the company anymore after talking to him. To prepare, make sure you touch up on your macroeconomics from introductory econ and current events.
