Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Round 1 was OCR with a 2:1 interview. Almost entirely behavioral and discussing my resume. Got a call back the next day about offer to go to a Super day in NYC the following Friday. Super day consisted of 4 30-minute interviews (1:1, 2:1, and 3:1) from the various desks in Capital Markets. Focus of each interview differed, from DCM technicals to FX rates and Currencies to ECM, along with standard behavioral.
