Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I completed an online application and one week after I received an email to arrange a 30-minute call with the recruiter. Firstly, the recruiter asked me to talk about my last job experience, I described it, but he seemed to be only interested on only one aspect of the different roles I had which was the financial control of the projects in the department I worked (this was an internship in the transaction advice department of a consulting firm).
