Please describe the interview / hiring process.
All behavioral and fit questions no technical. Seemed to stress why corporate banking and insecure about interviewees other superdays. Very friendly people and an easy interview. Just prepare why you want CB over anything else in the world and why BOA. Know your resume and explain why it is relevant to the position. Pretty easy superday as well, just two 30 minute interviews.
