Credit Risk Summer Analyst

Got fast-tracked after being part of the Spring Insight Programme (which required an HireVue where they asked me about current market events & a time in your life where you had to convince others in an project and why BoA)

While many divisions, including Tech & IB interviewed right after the Spring Programme, Risk was done in November. I received an email two weeks prior, where I had to decide between two dates.

The AC consisted of two interviews (one with HR, one with people from the division). Generally the interview had less technical questions (Which risk metrics do know?, How do you see your line of business in the current economy) and more personality-ones (Tell me about yourself?, What makes you a good Risk Analyst?, Tell me about a time, where you....)

Additionaly I had to make a 15 minute presentation about a ficitional bank with a third interview partner, where I had to present a qualitative Risk Assessment for green bonds. We received three pieces of information as preparation. You can design the slides to your liking. After that the interviewer will ask you questions regarding this topic.

Little tip: Prepare some questions as everyone will leave enough time for this.
