IQ / Intelligence Test

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Was given an IQ test to complete and then a hirevue afterwards. My hirevue was not working so they gave me a phone interview. Person I spoke to was nice and asked the basic "why this positon" type questions. I was then given another interview with the team and they asked more intensive role related questions. Overall a standard interviews with nothing too outside the norm.
