Equity Capital Markets Analyst

I submitted my resume to my school's career site and was given a superday for the job. I interviewed with a 3 people in ECM on the first day. One of the interviewers brought me back the next week where I met with the rest of the team I was potentially joining. I then spoke with another 3 people. There was a lot of quantitative questions and brain teasers. Not many basic investment banking questions. Within my group, I would say management is very hands off. They just give you work. They don't really take the time to get to know you so I felt very replaceable. However, the hours are good. I have most weekends to myself and get out at a reasonable time during the week.
