Finance Management Associate Program Internship

I initially submitted a cover letter and resume to BoA via my school's recruiting website and they got back to me with the offer of an interview. They were accommodating in that they were willing to conduct it via skype, so I really appreciated their flexibility. The process was composed of 2 back-to-back 30 minute interviews with two separate individuals that were very friendly. Both of the interviews were entirely behavioral, no technicals whatsoever. My advice would be to have a few versatile, go-to stories that you can rely on as exemplary anecdotes. I asked what their culture was like and it came off as inviting and invigorating; I wish things had worked out because one of the individuals in particular was very enthusiastic in explaining the positive atmosphere that pervades the office, something that I think everyone wants.
