Started with a phone interview. Most of the questions were fit-based, had one or two basic techincal questions (walk me through a DCF, how are the 3 financial statements connected, etc). Initial interview lasted about 25 minutes. Told I would hear back soon regarding a super-day. Got a call a day later, and scheduled super-day. Interviewed with 3 SVPs in the Commercial bank, each interview had a balance of fit based and technical questions, however, the majority of the questions were fit-based. I have other friends who interviewed with same bank in same line of business, who had more technical interviews than I did. In that aspect, it's really comes from the luck of the draw as far as who you interview with and what questions they generally ask. Thought the interviews went well, was told I'd hear back in about two weeks; heard back 3 days later. Accepted the offer.
