Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received an offer to interview with BAML through OCR 48 hours prior to the interview. As I was studying abroad, the interview had to be conducted via Skype. I was interviewed by a 1st year analyst and 2nd year associate. This was my first interview for Investment Banking this recruiting season; I was a bit rusty. The questions they asked caught me very off guard, but were also fair; I should have prepared more. I did not end up receiving a 2nd interview.
