Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed on campus with an associate and a VP, general questions about why this program, why BAML, etc. Then invited to superday at one of their buildings in Rockefeller Center. 3 rounds, 30 minutes each, with 2 people each. Behavioral, technical questions. Then a couple weeks later received offer by phone.
