Regular school recruiting hiring process. Applied through school's website, got an interview.
Two back to back interviews. They had a pre-superday dinner but I missed it due to the blizzard in NYC but I think they had given me a disadvantage. When I got to the interview, the other student already knew the interviewers, I believed they interviewed 14 kids and only 1 got an offer and he rejected it.
Typical interviews nothing too crazy.
