Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through on campus recruiting database and only at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Website. The two interviewers held a dinner reception for interviewing applicants the night before the interview where they explained the position and answered questions. The interview consisted of two one-on-one (thirty minute) interviews where one asked primarily fit and behavioral questions and the other quizzed you on company knowledge and technical questions.
