Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First I did a 30 minute phone screen with someone in the macro research group. I was then called in for a superday by HR. I interviewed with 3 equity research people, 1 credit research person and 1 macro research person. I was asked for 2 stock pitches total. A lot of fit questions. Know your resume and why you want to do research. I was also asked a few questions on accounting.
