Global Risk Summer Analyst

This interview process is surely unlike most but I got the interview in-person through a club (ALPFA). The interview was held at the 2025 ALPFA Convention in vegas. I networked alot with Interns in the role, the direct recruiter for the role, and 2 direct MD's for the role. They all really liked me and scheduled the interview very quickly. It was a schedule as a 30 minute convo with one of the MD's I already knew. He asked pretty basic questions like "Tell me about yourself," "Tell me why BofA," "What is recent market news you heard that could affect your role." Then he turned it over to me to ask questions and I honestly asked more questions that him and they were mainly personal because I did my research on him beforehand (school, work exp, hobbies, etc.) All in all very straightforward, there were no technicals and that was literally the 1 and only interview I had. Be prepared to have behavioral stories down. I got the offer literally a couple days later.
