Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I cold emailed the management at Merrill Lynch and got a 1-on-1 interview with an FA where it was mostly asking questions about why I wanted to do this and what my experience was. After the 1-on-1 interview came a group interview with several of the management staff asking questions about the markets and my current experience. Finally I was asked what stocks looked the most attractive to me right now and had to valuate two companies that they gave me.
