I networked a lot at the Chicago office during the summer, which helped me get the phone screen a few days after I submitted my application online. After that, I was invited to submit a hirevue. After my hirevue, I continued networking. I received my superday invite a few days later. Superday consisted of four phone interviews with associates. It was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. After the superday, I was invited to speak with 3 MDs. The phone interviews with the MDs we're entirely behavioral.
