Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got my interview via a networking connection. First, I had a phone screen with a woman from HR and an associate. This was a basic fit interview. After, I was invited to a non-target superday. This consisted of 5 interviews with analyst through managing directors. These interviews consisted of fit and technical questions. Technicals were basic such as "walk me through a $10 change in depreciation through the 3 financial statements." Also had some conceptually questions about multiples and accretion/dilution. Interview process was pretty simple and gave a good impression. Got a call the next day with an offer.
