Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a first round interview in December, very casual based and were no technicals at all. Was invited to a superday a few weeks later, in which the format was 3 30 minute interviews. My schedule for the day got botched, so I ended up being slotted in with random interviewers, but still had a great experience. Only one interview was tech, and it was all straightforward questions that you get in the guides. One interview was strictly resume based, touching mostly on my experiences working as a student analyst for my schools investment fund. Last interview was with an MD who was a woman, and the whole conversation was completely casual and was more of a life talk.
Was put on the hold list, and after just over a month received the call with the offer and accepted on the spot.
