IBD Summer Analyst

Interview went very smoothly. First round phone interview that came out of nowhere, no previous contact or email, just one day got a call. Was mainly behavioral. Next day heard back that I progressed to a superday AC stage. Had a strange interview in between first and last round, which is not typical, but I guess they wanted to se if I am worth holding an AC for. Had it over video conference. Typically it is a half day event, but I had 3 20-minute interviews with more senior level people. Purely technical: valuation, advanced accounting questions. Received an offer next day.
