Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview consisted of generic questions. It was a two-way interview, in the sense that you got to interview the company as well and see if you'd be a good fit. In person interview was also relatively simple, just make sure to demonstrate interest in the position and show that you are eager to learn.
