Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was called for a first phone interview with a Senior and a Summer Analyst. The first interview consisted mainly of a background check and technical questions, lasting for around one hour. Afterwards, I got a call from a Manager, consisting on 1 hour, 30 min about fit based questions and 30 min about more technical questions. Lastly, there was an assessment test.
