Investment Banking Analyst (Seasonal)

Restricted only to students graduating in our class year. Resume drop, then on campus interviews over two days with a meet and greet with junior level guys the night before. First day was just a simple fit interview with a junior employee. Callback for the final round on the second day, which was two interviews (one junior level, one senior level). Final round was more technical but mostly they were more concerned about selling BAML as a firm (they knew some students had gotten offers from other firms already). Got a call with an offer the same day of the final round.
