Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Recruiting Process:
BAML provided ample opportunities to network and meet the west coast professionals. Once you chose an office location, it was advised that you start networking with that group and attend the invitation-only events thereafter. An on-campus info session was open to everyone, with an exclusive technical workshop and networking event in October/November.

Interview Process:
I am not privy to the regular January process, but the early process in LA was a superday (no initial rounds/screens) with 6 candidates chosen from several west coast schools. The superday included a schedule of 8 or so interviews (some one-on-one, others two-on-one) in the office. I was given an offer a week later, with an additional week to make a decision.
