Investment Banking Summer Analyst

OCR. One 30-minute interview followed by two 30-minute interviews with senior-level bankers the following day. The first round was 2/3 technical/markets and 1/3 behavioral/resume. They lead with basic details about the firm ("What is our ticker? What is our market cap? When do we report earnings? Where's the stock trading?"), so be sure to know these before going in to avoid looking stupid out of the gate. The techs are just basic accounting questions. More market-centric than other interviews, so be sure to have a good stock pitch lined up and have a good idea of where certain indicators are sitting (the 10 yr yield, the Dow, etc.) and about any important economic policies recently announced or debated.
