Please describe the interview / hiring process.
BAML LA recruits heavily at my school, so there were a number of opportunities to connect with bankers throughout recruiting season. They did on campus first round interviews in early January, which I was invited to after submitting my resume. I had 2 interviewers, one form the LA office and one from the NY office. The interview was entirely technicals but they were not traditional technicals.
