Investment Banking Summer Analyst

In November or December 13 I was contacted by a recruiter about scheduling a preliminary phone screen. HR already had my resume from my school's career services. I didn't hear back from the recruiter until late December when I was informed via e-mail that I was selected to attend the final round interviews in mid to late January. Note: I never had a real phone interview despite HR contacting me to schedule one. I was waived straight through to the final round. The final round took place in NYC and was for a generalist position in IBD. It consisted of three separate half hour interviews. One was a two on one the other two were just one on one. Director & Assoc., then Assoc. and then VP. The interviews mostly consisted of behavioral questions and were relatively informal. I enjoyed everyone I met/interacted with. They all seemed down to earth. I definitely felt a positive vibe.
