Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Pre-application recruiting for Bank of America Merrill Lynch consisted of a few office visits. I didn't get to go to their on-campus info session since I had a prior engagement. I applied through my school's career website. I also contacted HR as I was applying. They were very helpful and informative. The first interview was 1 on 1; I think it was supposed to be 2 on 1 but they were very busy that day and had some interviewers that had to leave. I was supposed to have back to back one on one interviews but my second interviewer had to leave. I had a 2nd interview over the phone that night. It was mostly fit with a couple of technicals that should be easy to nail if you study. Also got a brain teaser. "How many quarters can fit in this room?" Overall, it was a good experience. My interviewers were easy to talk to and made the process comfortable.
