Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Company hosted on campus informational session. Applicants needed to network with multiple people within the firm to receive an interview slot. First round interviews consisted of a 3 on 1 interview covering basic technicals and behavioral fit. At the end of day of the first round, received emails regarding second round the following day on campus. Second round was two 1 on 1 interviews with MD's in two different groups. Received offer the following day.
